These consideraes had demonstrated, that while professional, the interviewed one consider that preventive interventions on the consumption of the alcohol are implanted in the primary attention, also stand out that the qualification of the professionals, envolvimemto is points that must be white of investment for implementation of the interventions in relation to the abusive consumption. What it allows to affirm is necessary also to have integration of the professionals of the health beyond a position of availability and sensitivity with positive attitudes next to the users. With respect to this problematic one in the health, it can be observed that the nurse to demonstrate its recognition as illness and problem of public health. Thus, one becomes important the valuation and the search of actions that involve the assistance as a whole, since the education for the alcohol; basic orientaes; brief aconselhamento, selection, and encaminhamentos. For Pillon (2005), this perception is the determinative factor of the quality and amount of the cares of nursing that it will carry through. Thus, the nurse will have to identify and to evaluate its beliefs, values, preconceptions, inadequate attitudes in relation to the alcohol user that can reveal in negative behaviors and or boardings front to this user.
when these attitudes present positive, whichever the professional, its interventions is more effective in the boarding of the user and the problems related to the abusive alcohol consumption. CONCLUSION the study demonstrated that, the active participation of the interviewed one, being a basic element for the prevention of the problems related to the abusive alcohol consumption. In the analysis of the data it was possible to conclude that the actions developed and executed for the nurse in its majority condizem with praised for the Politics of Attention to the alcohol User and the other drugs, in such a way valley to stand out that when has envolvement, the nurses develop basic actions for prevention of the abusive alcohol consumption and the related problems, being distinguished action as: boarding on the alcohol consumption in the shelter of nursing, contributing of direct form for reduction of the problems related to the abusive alcohol consumption, assuring improvements of the situation of health of this user.
